Why do these two online food service website appear now?
- Demand.I used to see dozens of students waiting outside of the small shop which main sells daily needed drinks and snacks,even at the midnight in the cold winter.

Why students buy food from that small shop,not other shops?
- The shop shuts the door late until 12:00 in the night.It is common that student study hard until the mid night.Tired and hungry back to the dormitory with nothing to eat,what will students do?
- The shop is near the students dormitory.Human has inertia which is one of the biggest oportunity for business community.People would willing to pay more rather walk farther.
- The fast food that the small shop offer is delicious,though it may contain little nutrition.
- Techonology.Students living in the east area of the campus are senior students who are from the Information Security school and another school relavent to Computer Science.After three years of accumulation in Computer Science,they are good at programming.Making a website is relatively easy for them.
- Spare time.Senior students,with no mid term examination,relatively have more time than fresh and sophomore.
- Business mind.Though I have witnessed the phenomenon of queue waiting for the fast food in the midnight,I did not generate any business ideas.Business sense is paramount,as the teacher of Market course said.

What is the prospect of the two website?
- Profit.¥0.1~0.2 per food.There are about 1500 student enrollment every year.Maybe hundreds of students will buy the food and the service.Then hours will be spent on the delivery of the food every night.If every thing is all right,thousands of RMB will flow into the account.However,for each employee who deliver the food earn about 10¥/hour.Is the price appealing for students who can usually earn 16~25¥/hour through family education?
- Brand.Can the website spread out on campus widely?Through which way can the website known by other students?By BBS,website or by word of mouth?
- Competition.Since the online food service deprive certain amout of customers who used to walk a long way to buy the food from the small shop,there is a competition between the small shop and the online food service website.Which one will win out?At the same time,the two existing online food service website are the counter parts of each other.How will each of them react?
