Wo,finally,I fixed my system.
I reinstalled my WinXp system to install the office 2007.I have downloaded the office 2007 right after I have seen the notification on the Cnbeta that office 2007 beta is available.However,I do not have time to try the new office system at that time.
Now,I finally got the office 2007 which is functional now.
Why did my office crashed last time?
I only installed several applications on my computer after the reinstallation of winxp sp2.They are office 2007 beta,wb editor,mind manager.However,problem appeared!
Which application lead the office 2007 beta to the crash?
Mind manager,I guess.One of the great feature of mind manager is to corportate with Microsoft Office seamlessly.However,the latest version of mind manager supports the office 2000,xp and 2003.No office 2007 beta!
Since the mind manager is not compatiable with the latest office beta version,I have to try some other mind map software.Free mind,that’s it!Since free mind does not focus on windows platform,the software is written in java.Thus ,I have to install the JRE.The Free mind(8M) is smaller that MM(Mind Manager)(40M).
Though the free mind is not that powerful as mind manager,it can satisfy my basic need to record my life.And in the later period, I do not have much time to put myself indulged in mind mapping since I have to prepare for the Oral test of the interpretation.
After all this,I have a resolution to use more green software which can be used after the reinstallation of the system.
One more idea is to put my data online instead of leaving them in my disk.It is terrible to have all my documents lost in this disk disaster.There are precious files and memories in these documents especially documents in the “Special” folder.
Now,I am determined to keep my computer clean with less software and more thinking on my blog.:)
