Things occured these days made me feel terrible,sometimes even with rage.All these things are related with team work and corporation.
- The assignment of the Market course on the topic related to the band of Hong Qi.
- The forum of the Enviroment Soil science course.
- The Experiment of enviromental science this afternoon.
As for myself,I am leadered by others at most of the time.When I was at school,I was taught and leadered by my teachers,parents and classmates.
However,with the passage of the time,after I have a better understanding of myself and have a better command of methodologies which is helpful to the growth of my personality and maturation,I find that not what others are doing is right.Sometimes they are totally wrong and low efficient.
Management is the way to improve the efficiency.When others are doing in the wrong way,you have the responsibility to rectify them.Now I finally come to realize that leadership is an attitude,which aims at the better performance and efficiency of the whole team.People who with the attitude and the ability to help the team or organization to perform orderly and efficiently are the real leaders.
